Dr. Morgan Mathai was born and raised in Champaign, IL. She completed both her B.S. in Animal Sciences and D.V.M. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Go ILLINI!).  After working in general practice for 5 years, she decided to follow her passion and began a residency at Animal Allergy & Dermatology Center of Indiana in 2022.  She lives in downtown Indianapolis with her husband and their 6-month-old daughter.  Outside of work, you can likely find her at a coffee shop, brewery, or a local concert. 

Dr. Morgan's presentation will focus on dietary allergies including clinical signs, common dietary allergens, and a deep dive into dietary elimination trials.
